JAY5 Series Machine Tool Control Transformer

The JAY5 series transformer is the same as the JBK5 series transformer in application, dimension and installation size. The JAY5 transformer improves the terminal block on the basis of the JBK5 model. It adds insert connection at the IT end and sleeve connection, which make the connection mode more agile and versatile so that the goods can meet different requirements of various customers. And even more, the JAY5 sets a thermostat and a switch of short circuit in the coils so as to increase using reliability and prolong the lifetime.

• IT cold-press terminals, the terminals and the frame are integrated, and the protection grade reaches IP20.

Control transformer JBK6

JBK6 Series Machine Tool Control Transformer

The JBK6 series transformer is introduced from Germany and is the newest model in our company. JBK6 is a new generation of transformer developed on the basis of JBK5. It is the same size and application as JBK5.

• Soleplate is made of antisepsis alloy, which improves much in the reliability of earth connection.
• Bigger screws of wire connection make the wiring more convenient and firm.
• Whole transformer is immersed in vacuum paint so that the insulation is much more steady.

JBK5-3

JBK5 Series Machine Tool Control Transformer

JBK5 series transformers are used in the 50–60Hz AC circuit of input voltage less than 660V and output voltage less than 230V as machine equipment in various areas, for controlling the power of electrical equipment, lighting and signal lamp.

This series transformer is adopted in German technic and made improvement on the basis of the JBK3 model. It improves the advanced terminal block which can be connected to the coil framework together and increases the wire compression so as to heighten the protection grade to IP2LX to avoid touching the circuit. It uses IT end sleeves to increase the fastness and reliability of the wire connection.

This series transformer is adopted in gas protection argon arc welding so as to be a whole. The soleplate is moulded in one piece to be more accurate and compact in the installation dimension. This series is much improved in quality and shape.
